As with anything complex, computers can be frustrating. Losing or forgetting your password is one of the worst things that can happen. However, regardless of what you might think, even the IT staff occasionally misplace a password somewhere in the brain and it becomes eternally lost. No one is infallible in this respect. So, don't appologize! If you lose your password, have the person in your building that enters CSRs enter one for you and request that your password be sent to you.
